Apps By Angela was built alongside the people who actually run clubs — coaches, administrators and club owners who told us exactly what they needed. What started as a solution for one gymnastics club grew into something much bigger.

Yes. Apps By Angela fully supports multiple locations under a single account. You can send notifications to specific locations and manage separate class timetables across all sites.
Coaches get their own dedicated view. You assign coaches to specific classes, and they can take registers, create and share skill cards, mark skill achievements and recognise students — all from their phone.
Absolutely. Every feature can be toggled on or off from the App Settings panel. Payment methods, waiting list style, parent visibility, coach navigation — all fully configurable.
Card payments are processed securely through Stripe. Standard UK rates apply (1.5% + 20p per transaction for UK cards). We never add any markup on top — every penny goes straight to your club.

The helper role is perfect for parent volunteers who assist at your club. Rather than giving them full admin access, you assign them a helper role and choose exactly what they can do — managing merchandise, entering competition results, handling the waiting list, viewing registers and more. They only ever see what you allow, and sensitive areas like billing, member editing and settings are always protected. You can update their permissions at any time from one simple screen.
No problem — as a club admin you can search for any member by name and instantly see which email address was used to register. You can then let the parent know so they can reset their password. No more starting from scratch or creating duplicate accounts!
